2. OnTact BuyBack – Phase 1 Details

• Execution Method: Market buy orders on listed exchanges (BingX, DigiFinex)
• Funding Basis: 50% of operating revenue generated through platform operations and tokenomics

This BuyBack is not a one-time event. It represents the first execution of a recurring BuyBack structure, conducted at regular intervals based on operating revenue and market conditions.

3. Future Direction

The repurchased OnTact tokens will be utilized for token burning and initiatives that support the sustainable growth of the token ecosystem.
